4. Shipping

5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
Customers acknowledge that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after a tracking number has been issued.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided for their shipment.
6. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
Ovyor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible purchases may qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.
Discounted, promotional, sale, clearance, or marked-down products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect product selection.
The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, or other documentation necessary to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or refund.

10. Delivered Packages
A package is considered delivered when the shipping carrier's tracking system confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier, household members, neighbors, or property management before contacting Ovyor.
While we are happy to assist whenever possible, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Ovyor shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, customs inspections, governmental actions, public health emergencies, internet outages, or carrier delays.
